ENERGY BALLS


SERVES: 10 BALLS

TIME: 10-15 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 100g sultanas

  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder

  • 20g oats

  • 10g coconut oil, melted

  • 100ml unsweetened almond milk

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a food processor, blitz all ingredients until smooth. This may take 3-5 minutes to get sticky.

  2. Once at a consistency to roll into balls, divide into 10 portions and roll
